1. Who we are

BidFabricate (“the Platform”) is operated by iLoope, a Philippine company. We connect buyers with verified fabricators and PCAB-licensed contractors. The Platform facilitates the posting of RFQs, bidding, ordering of stock products, and escrow-protected milestone contracts.

2. Account & verification

• You must be 18+ and authorised to transact on behalf of any business you represent.
• Fabricators must be DTI-registered. Contractors must hold a valid PCAB licence.
• We may request supporting documents at any time. Misrepresentation results in account suspension.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.

3. Bidding & awards

• Bids submitted are sealed until the buyer awards the RFQ or project.
• Once awarded, a milestone contract is auto-generated; both parties are bound by it.
• A fabricator or contractor cannot withdraw an accepted bid; doing so opens a dispute.
• The buyer cannot award before the bid deadline unless they explicitly close the RFQ early.

4. Escrow & payments

• Buyers deposit funds in escrow before work begins; vendors only get paid as milestones land.
• Payment processors: PayMongo and Maya Business. We do not store card details.
• Platform fees: 5% on stock-product GMV, 8% on awarded bids, 1.5% on escrow.
• VAT 12% per BIR rules is itemised separately on every invoice.
• Refunds above ₱10,000 require dual approval.

5. Disputes

Either party may file a dispute over a contract or specific milestone. Filing a dispute freezes the affected escrow funds. BidFabricate reviews evidence and may rule to release to vendor, refund to buyer, or dismiss. Resolutions are audit-logged and final on the Platform; you retain your rights under Philippine law.

6. Reviews & reputation

• Only buyers with a delivered or completed order can leave a review.
• Reviews are tied to a verified transaction; we display a “Verified purchase” badge.
• We may hide reviews that are spam, abusive, off-topic, or contain unsafe personal info.

7. Prohibited use

• Listing or soliciting work that is illegal under Philippine law.
• Off-platform payment circumvention to avoid escrow + fees.
• Misrepresenting PCAB classification, DTI status, or insurance.
• Scraping, reverse-engineering, or redistributing Platform data.

8. Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time after fulfilling open contracts and settling escrow.
